feast: The Needed Dimension

Cooperation and Love with God and Man
John W. Ritenbaugh
Given 16-Oct-95; Tape #FT95-09; 79 minutes

Description: (hide)

John Ritenbaugh, suggesting that while Passover, not really a Holy Day, is inextricably bound to the Days of Unleavened Bread, and the Last Great Day, while a Holy Day, is bound inextricably to the Feast of Tabernacles. The Last Great Day is the capstone of God's plan, a time billions of people will be glorified and burdens will be released. In the entirety of God's plan for mankind, He has given us patterns, enabling us to have faith. The same pattern God has used on us will explode to a national conversion (House of Israel), and ultimately extending to all of mankind. The pattern begins with blood (sacrifice of Christ) and ends with water (pouring out of God's Spirit to create a new heart —displacing Satan's foul spirit). The missing dimension is our free moral agency. Unless we humbly submit before God, all of His efforts go for naught. God will not give His Spirit to those who will not obey Him.
