telecast: Gospel of Christ

Exodus 32:1 Acts 18:26,19:9,23, Hebrews 12:5, Revelation 2-3, 17
Herbert W. Armstrong (1892-1986)
Given 01-Jan-34; Tape #HA240A; 30 minutes

Description: (hide)

Herbert W. Armstrong contends that the church Jesus established was small, scattered, and persecuted, obedient to God's laws, continually at variance with the world's ways and customs. The vast majority of 'Christian' professing churches have never heard the true Gospel of Christ (concerning how we may qualify for His Kingdom). If we refuse to follow 'the way' prescribed by Christ, we will not enter His kingdom. God will not call a single person he cannot rule. The program briefly gives a thumbnail historical account and focuses upon the characteristics of the seven church eras outlined in Revelation 2-3.
