description: (hide) God has always provided us with signs to signal His feast days, including the lunar calendar and the sounding of the trumpet. The Feast of Trumpets is the only annual festival that falls on a new moon. In Jewish tradition, God created man on this day, ushering forth a new year. Perhaps Jesus may have been born on the Day of Trumpets. The Feast of Trumpets was always used in Ancient Israel as the time for the inauguration of kings. In the Israel of God, the Day of Trumpets depicts the inauguration of Christ and His family, the Kingdom of Priests, and a time of pure, unspeakable joy for those who have responded to the trumpet call to assembly, those having had their faith purified.
