Christ :The True Shepherd
Herbert W. Armstrong (1892-1986)
Given 01-Jan-34; Tape #HA243B; 30 minutes

Description: (hide)

Herbert W. Armstrong, observing that it is a quirk of human nature to conform or follow like sheep, warns that we ought to follow the Good Shepherd rather than the myriad churches that may use His name, but teach a message contrary to what He brought.Ezekiel warned of shepherds who devour or live off the sheep rather than to serve the sheep, instructing them in God's righteous ways. In Ezekiel 34,the True Shepherd promises to gather back the scattered lost sheep of the house of Israel from these devouring false shepherds, reuniting them with the house of Judah, establishing them in a safe fold under a resurrected David.
