Description: In this offertory sermonette, John Reid focuses on the events surrounding the birth of Jesus Christ and the visit of the wise men, happening much later. The delegation that appeared before Jesus had to be more than three because it was dangerous to travel the roads. These men came prepared with expensive gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh. In our offering we need to imitate the wise men, who knew they had been blessed by being some of the first people who had the opportunity to see Him. (16 minutes)
