Nevertheless God chose Levi and his family to be His own personal tithe, cleaning them up and making them priests in the tabernacle. Moses and Aaron were offspring of Levi.Like the offspring of Levi, we also have to be cleansed from our past ( becoming , in effect spiritual Levites) and prepared for priesthood in the Kingdom of God, representatives of His first –born Jesus Christ..
