Description: David Grabbe, finding ironic humor in Halloween clashing with the venerable day of the Sun, observes that our culture is saturated with paganismChristmas, Easter, Halloween, Mardi Grasall derived from the world's religions and culture. The scriptures admonish us not to be dismayed by these abominable heathen pagan practices because, in the long-term view, they will be destroyed and displaced by God's Kingdom. To avoid those snares, we need to be focusing upon authentic, real, true, and pure things found in God's Word. (14 minutes)
