Description: Brian Wulf, focusing upon an encouraging letter Julie Nixon Eisenhower sent her father before his resignation, praising him and encouraging him to take his time before making his decision, draws a parallel between our opportunity to prepare for the Great Day of the Feast. These days we spend at the Feast of Tabernacle prepare us for our awesome opportunity in the future. We must develop our spiritual gifts in the manner of two of the faithful servants in the Parable of the Talents in Matthew 25. Without steady and continual growth, even the greatest of fortunes will diminish and eventually dissolve into bankruptcy. We dare not emulate the wicked servant who foolishly buried his talent, not developing the spiritual gifts God had given him, thinking only of himself instead of serving others. God is going to demand a return on his gifts, expecting us to use them to prepare for the Last Great Day. (14 minutes)
