Yes. The Church of the Great God teaches the giving of ten percent of one's gross income to God. We believe that God shows in Hebrews 7 and elsewhere that the tithe goes to the ministry for the work of the church. Church members use a second tithe for their expenses during the annual Feasts, and give a third tithe every three years in a seven-year cycle for the aid of the needy, the widow and the fatherless. Tithing is an individual matter between oneself and God, so the church does not police the giving of tithes. As a general rule, the Church of the Great God does not solicit funds from its members or the public.
